Andy has been in customer care and sales for more years than he cares to remember. Building and maintaining great customer relationships is part of his DNA and this, coupled with a deep understanding of the grants and incentives available within the renewable energy sector, enable our customers to benefit from best deals going.
Andy & Steve's complimentary skills, trust and respect have provided the backbone of Peace Marsh's success for over 12 years.
Steve Peace

Steve not only has a great knowledge of the renewable energy sector but his background going back 27 years, is as a building services and combustion engineer. "Of all the buildings and properties we have surveyed over the years I don’t remember any property where Steve has not grasped a detailed understanding of the heating, cooling and how the heart of the building operates". Combine this with Steve’s vast renewable energy knowledge, various patents and renewable energy designs, including wind turbines, needless to say Steve’s reputation and the knowledge he brings to the Peace Marsh table and our customers, is a key differentiator for our business.

Sally’s background is as impressive as it is eye catching! From running Necker Island for Richard Branson for 3 years through to European Marketing Manager at Samsung Enterprise and Marketing Manager at McLaren Applied Technologies.
More recently these skills have been applied to incubating and building SME’s and startups. This combination gives Peace Marsh access to a tremendous range of marketing and digital media skills which, along with our passion of customer referrals, gives Peace Marsh a voice and presence where we need it, to grow a healthy and sustainable business.
